EPF Claim Settled But Money Not Credited or Received
If any EPF Member submitted the claim form through online mode, then it usually takes around 3-15 days of time to get the money credited into the bank account.
OR
If any EPF Member submitted the claim form through offline mode, then it usually takes around 20-30 days of time to get the money credited into the bank account.
Some EPF members immediately check their bank account after getting a claim settlement message that whether the amount is credited or not. But in reality, it will take 1-3 days time to get your PF amount in your bank account, so be patient and have nothing to worry, about if you have given the correct bank details in the UAN member portal.
How PF amount will be credited?
Employee Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) sends EPF claim amount through NEFT ( National Electronic Fund Transfer). NEFT is an electronic money transfer system to transfer money from one bank account to another bank account.
The time taken for PF withdrawal depends on the NEFT timings of your bank. Earlier EPFO used to issue cheques but not the entire payment process happening via NEFT only.
NEFT is unavailable on Sundays and bank holidays and mostly operate during the working hours of the branch.

If you are still unable to get the money in your bank account, then follow the below options.

Pf claim settled but money not credited: Problem Solved
1. Check for Bank Account Details at UAN Member Portal
On checking KYC, if the PF Member found wrong bank details then EPFO will receive back a failed transaction within 4-5 days (Max. 7 days), then the PF member will have to update Bank Details in your EPF account. You can update your bank details online or offline.
To update your bank details offline, submit the reauthorization letter to the Regional EPFO office with the correct bank details, and a cancelled cheque. After submitting the EPF re-authorization letter, it takes around 10-15 days to credit your EPF amount to the correct bank account.
2. EPFO Grievance Cell
If you are still facing a problem in getting your money, the next step is to complain at the EPFO Grievance Cell online but the UAN OR PF account number is mandatory.
On this platform, you can lodge a complaint and also track the status of the complaint. The time limit for the resolution of the grievance is 30 days maximum.
3. Visit the Regional EPFO office
If you are not able to get the way from EPFO by using the above options, then visit the concerned Regional EPFO office personally to know the delay or reason for your problem.

4. Use EPFO Social Media
Using EPFO Social Media accounts, you can be in touch with EPFO but prefer to raise a complaint with EPFO Grievance Cell online and then use Social Media Platform, if the problem is not resolved. The Social Media Accounts are
