The only advice I’ll give is that whatever size you want, please go for a size bigger. My head size is 58cm (large) but I ordered a size bigger that is 60cm (XL) and it’s perfectly fitting on my head.
If I had ordered 58cm then it would have been a problem. You might feel it tight initially, but after frequent use of it make it enough comfortable.
I feel it is like a part of your body and it’s very comfortable too, does not block your vision in any way – you have a really good view and you don’t see the edges of the helmet from the corner of your eyes.
